What’s it all about?
JOIN21 Insights is a network-based analytic software that gathers data from people, technology and workspace to generate actionable insights for organizational leaders.
To say it’s a complex app would be an understatement. However, its intricate inner mechanics were to remain inner, while the user interface had to be intuitive and easy-to-navigate.
One of the biggest challenges we encountered was how to make it entirely customizable enough to meet different needs, yet at the same time easy to use even in default mode. The balance between freedom and predetermination was hard to keep, but we made it.
It took us lots of UX research, user journey diagrams, prototyping and testing to be able to say it is friendly to a whole range of different users, from top management and business consultants to HR to Employees.
