What’s it all about?

NPA Nordiskt Papper is a paper converter and distributor from Sweden, wholesaling arts and crafts paper worldwide. When you’ve been in the business for over a century like they have, it may be a challenge to find new ways to talk about paper in new and creative ways.

They came to Frank with an open mind about what they should do, and together we pinpointed the issues, put ideas on paper (pun intended) and got to work.

We freshened up the brand, crafting its new visual expression, tone of voice and key messages.

NPA’s website was a bit outdated and quite confusing. Frank made it intuitive, clean and responsive. As their primary buyers are other business, we established newsletter as the key B2B channel and crafted social media strategy and content with the focus on LinkedIn.

As NPA was beginning to turn more and more towards paper bag manufacturing as a new business, Frank also put up a sales presentation to be sent to potential customers.

In order to make product categorization stand out from competitors’, and also be easy to order, we thought of an original product naming. Inspired by the NPA’s stylized parrot logo, each type of bag was named after a certain bird, aligned with product characteristics or purpose. This was also linked with strict environmental policies aimed at protecting Swedish forests as home of so many nestlings.
